Halloween

Other Random Pictures from October

Here are some random photos from October. They are in a relatively mixed up order with the newer ones first.

Best Buddies!! I am excited to watch them grow and play with each other. They are starting to be pretty funny together.

Vanilla candy coated Oreos! You can check out a tutorial for the mummies here: http://www.howdoesshe.com/halloween-cookie-suckers

Pumpkin Cupcakes!! Delicious...if I do say so myself.

I love making and decorating sugar cookies. Although I think the ice cream cones are still my favorites. Lucky for my waist we made plates for neighbors when I made the pumpkins.
More and More Ice Cream!

One day, Adysen went to the pantry and pulled out a box of mini bowties. She took them to her kitchen and started cooking them.

The girls and I went to the zoo one afternoon with some friends. It was a lot of fun to watch Adysen look at the animals and point them out herself.

You can find these two playing together in "the jungle" on a daily basis.

What do the Alexanders do in their free time? My answer...what free time?!?! We feel blessed that the business is doing so well. Although it does take up a lot of our time. Here is a sample of part of an order we had in October:

We have quite the little photographer:

I just had to include this picture, because I found about 10 of these...
pretty sure Alton or I didn't take them!

Practicing holding up 2 fingers!

Adysen loves to draw! I think she will take after her Daddy!!

Pumpkin Patch

Here are some pictures we took at a pumpkin patch. These are the best we could come up with. It was hard to get both girls to sit and smile at the same time. Adysen loved looking around at all the pumpkins.

Sharing with Kaitlynn.

Here is a video of our adventures. It is pretty long.
I could edit it, but then I probably wouldn't get around to posting for a few more days.

Adysen's 2nd Birthday

Happy Birthday Adysen!! We had such a fun day celebrating with Grandpa and Grandma Smith, Calene and Eric, Anessa, and Ben. We had yummy treats: cupcakes, cookies, and homemade icecream. Adysen especially liked the frosting. She would just eat the frosting off the top of the cupcakes then ask for "more frosting." She also liked to eat the frosting cherries off the top of the cookies. We can't believe how grown up our little girl is!

Adysen's cupcakes!
Eating the candles before I had a chance to light them.

Homemade Ice Cream: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (with real homemade cookie dough), Banana Muffin Ice Cream (aka Caramelized Banana Icecream), and Strawberry Blueberry Frozen Yogurt. --As you can see somebody has been having fun with an ice cream maker. :)

Conference Nap Time!!

Cooking us up some food!
